  Leadership Through Safety Program

As an international pharmaceutical company, Schering-Plough employs people from five continents and dozens of countries. When designing the pharmaceutical giant’s "Leadership Through Safety" (LTS) program materials, we kept the diversity of the company’s workforce in mind.

KSA&D designed and produced a series of booklets and complementary PowerPoint presentations for S-P’s LTS program — for multi-lingual publication, eventually distributed in eight different languages. With these language options, S-P could share LTS materials with all of the company’s employees in their native language, eliminating any language barrier that might exclude international employees from participating in such an important program.
